Palenqueros Espadin – Mexicano – Bicuishe is made by meastro mezcalero Don Valente Angel Garcia in his tiny community outside of Miahuatlan.
The agaves are cooked, milled, fermented, and distilled together. Look for notes of pear, plum, ginger, coconut, licorice, and sage.
