An earthy but playful mezcal with notes of minerals, acetone, lemon, wet dirt, gentle smoke and pineapple.
Next to the taste of salt, Granny Smith apple, terra cotta, minerals, parsley and celery coat the tongue. This mezcal is not particularly smoky but it is fresh like sea-air and begs to be sipped.
