This rum is matured in the tropical climate of the island for at least seven years.

It's a single pure rum (distilled in pot stills at one distillery) made with wild fermentation, matured in the tropics and bottled with no added sugar or colour.

The result is a spirit that not only still has the character of the molasses it came from, but is packed with intense estery fruitiness.
