L’Eau Verte is a liqueur that had an immense success in Marseille in the 1830s because it was known to prevent cholera.
Made by maceration, it contains rhubarb root, lemon and orange zest, peppermint.
Nose: Very powerful aromatic, minty, and lemony.
Palate: A subtle touch of bitterness. Its aromatic charge is such that Green Water provides an expectorant sensation.
