DELIXIR ® in its GRAY label is an artisanal Pisco made exclusively from the distillation of young wine from the non-aromatic “Quebranta Grape”,  completely fermented must and using methods that maintain the traditional principle of product quality.
It takes approximately 1 year of resting in inox tanks and 8 kilos of Quebranta grapes to produce 1 liter of finest Delixir.
 
Tasting notes:
Fruity aromas such as banana and green apple. On the palate it is kind with ripe fruit flavor and a sweetness that is finely balanced with alcohol, providing harmony and generous warmth.
