REFRESHING - CITRUSY
 
This cocktail is dedicated to... Alex V.
We asked him what he likes and he answered "Sour, floral, earl grey with bergamot, falernum, and Gin based"
 
Besides the floral side, we kept everything.
We used the tea he drinks at home (Blue of London, from Le Palais du Thé). It is beautiful. Very perfumed. We added Bergamot Liqueur to enhance the flavor.
 
You have a very refreshing citrusy drink with notes of tea.

- Gin
- Earl Grey Tea
- Verjuice (a highly acidic juice made by pressing unripe grapes)
- Falernum
- Bergamot Liqueur
 
ABV = 25%
